Photos sent to the Taitung invoice bot on Telegram queue up here — sales, sales order, supplier, purchase order and inventory adjustment documents can all be mixed together. Scanning reads each one and shows the usual review screen; queued photos are removed only after you press Save.

Shortcut: add a caption to the photo that's exactly the reference, e.g. TSIN-123456, TSOR-12345, TPIN-12345, TPOR-12345 or TIAD-1234 — the app will skip reading the photo and use that number directly. It has to match exactly (right prefix, hyphen, the right number of digits — TSIN 6, TSOR 5 or 6, TPIN 5 or 6, TPOR 5 or 6, TIAD 4 or 5); anything else is treated as a normal caption and the photo is scanned as usual, so a typo can't silently misfile a document. The same rule applies when replying with a number for a photo the bot couldn't read.

How it works

Move the invoice photos from your phone into a folder (e.g. your Google Drive “Invoice Inbox” folder).
Click the button below and choose that folder.
The app straightens each photo and reads the barcode or the printed number, then shows you a preview of every document — nothing is saved yet.
On the preview screen you can fix a wrong number, type a missing one, re-do a bad crop with Fix crop, and tick which ones to send to Esuite (ticked by default).
Press Send to Esuite and the ticked ones attach straight away — no file is kept unless you choose Send + keep a copy (saved as TSIN-######.jpg in a Processed subfolder). Either way, originals are removed from the inbox and skipped ones go to Issues.
If you're offline when you press Send to Esuite, the app automatically keeps a copy as well so nothing is lost, and sends it as soon as you're back online — the sidebar always shows an Online/Offline indicator.

On a phone, sign in and use Take a Photo — it opens your camera directly, no folder needed. Results download to your phone the same way as dragging photos in below.

Document number formats

How many digits follow each prefix. A range (e.g. 5 to 6) accepts both widths — useful while a number is partway through growing longer.

Number check: set a type's current number above and the app will only accept a scanned or typed number within that type's own "accepts ... before to ... after" range shown next to it — anything further away is still allowed, but has to be confirmed on the card first, in case the number was misread. Leave a type's current number blank to turn this off just for it. Shared with everyone signed in — saved to Firebase, not just this device, so a fresh phone or computer knows the same current numbers and ranges automatically.

Only these people can send photos to the Telegram bot. Leave empty to allow anyone (not recommended). To find someone's id, have them message the bot /id — it replies with their number.
